About Me
I am a Tunisian visual artist, educator, and researcher specializing in contemporary plastic arts. My work is deeply influenced by the intersection of traditional art forms and modern techniques, particularly within the context of Islamic art, geometry, and calligraphy. In addition to my artistic practice, I am dedicated to teaching and developing educational resources for the arts, with a particular focus on drawing, painting, typography, and design.
Education and Qualifications
Doctoral Research: “Contemporary Tunisian Plastic Art Practice: Interaction with Current Local and Global Challenges” (2011–2021). My research examines the concept of alternative spaces and their relationship with contemporary art.
Master’s Degree : Master’s Research Program in Theory and Practice of the Arts at the Higher institue of Fine Arts of Tunis 2012. Additional
Qualifications: Expertise in textile design and typography, certified as a trainer in plastic arts.
Professional Experience
Art Instructor at Noblesse Académie (since 2024): Teaching drawing, painting, and design techniques, including textile design for advanced and beginner students.
Art Educator at [ academie pilote des arts et de création ] (since 2024): Teaching typography and design courses to students pursuing a degree in arts.
Private Art Instructor: Conducting drawing and painting courses for children and adults, offering one-on-one coaching and group lessons in both traditional and contemporary methods.

JouTunès 2024: Participated in the biennale of contemporary art in Tunisia, contributing to discussions around local and global art challenges.
Solo Exhibition: “تشكّلات زخرفيّة في فضاءات إفتراضيّة” 2023 – An exploration of geometric and vegetal patterns in Islamic art through mixed media, including acrylic and oil paints.
Research Projects Doctoral Research:
My doctoral research explores the dynamic between contemporary Tunisian visual art practices and global socio-economic challenges, particularly focusing on the role of alternative spaces. Publication Plans: I aim to publish scientific articles in recognized electronic journals, contributing to the discourse surrounding the intersection of visual arts and socio-political factors. Artistic Practice My artistic practice is rooted in the exploration of visual language and its relationship with space and context. My work includes abstract and impressionist techniques, combining classical and modern elements to create dynamic and engaging pieces. I strive to transcend traditional patterns and explore new dimensions in artistic expression.
Notable Works: My solo exhibition featured 20 works combining geometric motifs and organic patterns. I utilize mixed techniques, including oil, acrylic, and digital platforms, to create a virtual experience of my art for the audience.
Workshops and Training
I am passionate about developing educational programs that bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application in the arts. These programs are tailored for various age groups and skill levels, from young children to adults, offering both in-person and online training.
Courses Offered: Drawing and painting for beginners and advanced students. Typography and design training for art students and professionals. Creative workshops for young people, focusing on art as a means of personal expression.
Projects for Educators: I am currently working on a training program for early childhood educators in the field of plastic arts, aimed at enhancing the creative and educational potential of young children through art.
